 - Emphasized the firm stand of SNATTA on demanding at least Rs 35,400 for NE-9.
 - Discussed the planned future agitation and the memorandum submission program to be held post-General Election.
 - Highlighted the need for clear rules and responsibilities for JEs from management.
 - Addressed the issue of NE-9 and above criteria for fixing responsibilities, and the disparity in benefits compared to other non-executive cadres.
 
- Remarks by AGS SNATTA, Shri Abhishek Rana:
 
- Mentioned that important decisions are anticipated from management in upcoming meetings.
 - Stressed the importance of unity among JEs to ensure they receive their deserved entitlements.

- Emphasized that extra duties should only be performed if there is a formal written order.
 
- General Discussion:
 
- The house discussed various issues faced by JEs and the importance of solidarity and clear communication with management.
 
- Decision on Body Formation:
 
- The house decided to postpone the body formation process due to the requirement that at least 30% of JEs be present for the reformation.
 - The next meeting is scheduled for 30th May 2024 to proceed with the body formation.
