Circle executive committee meeting of SNATTA UP(west) circle was held online on 13.03.2024 . All the office bearers of SNATTA UPW were present in the meeting. A healthy discussion took place on the issues of JEs. Sh. Sudhir Ranjan CC/UPE explained the agenda points. Sh. Harendra Rathore, president/SNATTA UPW addressed the meeting and Emphasized everyone to work together to solve the issues of JEs in UPW. Sh. Ramesh Chandra Gupta, AGS/SNATTA addressed the meeting and request everyone to participate in the activities for the welfare of JE. General Secretary, Sh. Suresh Kumar explained in detail about the issues in his address and appealed to all that our Association is for JEs, hence all JEs will have to work together with selfless spirit to solve our issuess. The most important issue for all of us right now is PAY and PROMOTION.In his address , He explained about the current status of wage revision and assured everyone that in any case we should get the standard pay scale in 3rd wage revision and for that we are making continuous efforts but each and everyone will have to support in order to fulfill our demand.Our promotion has become very difficult due to lack of vacancies.We have to find a way for that too.But all this will be possible only when we come together and work in our association with complete unity.With the power of unity even the impossible can become possible. at the end of the meeting a adhoc body of SNATTA UP(west) is formed in the chairmanship of Sh. SURESH KUMAR, General Secretary..
