A meeting of Joint committee for wage revision of Non-Executive employees is held on 05.03.2024. SURESH KUMAR, GS/SNATTA and MANU MEHRA participated in the meeting on behalf of SNATTA. We completely opposed the scale proposed by the management that is 31000/- of minimum of NE9 and we have demanded for standard pay scale. Minimum of NE9 must not be less than 35400/-. From our side we also said that at least look at the PAY SCALE of JE in any PSU or CENTRAL Govt. and give us where it is least.Healthy discussion took place but management is not agreeing. We also made it clear that increasing the scale of NE9 will not make much difference in the financial burden on pension contribution and salary for the working JEs. Now the next meeting is sheduled on 22nd march to finalise the pay scale. Before that efforts will be made to convince by giving clarification on all the remaining problem mentioned by the management. Thank You
