Dear Circle Secretaries,
As per the norms of our Association, it is informed that the Circle Conference is to be arranged
either online or offline, depending on local feasibility and convenience. All Circle members will be
informed in advance about the mode, schedule, and agenda of the Conference.
Further, in accordance with SNATTA’S constitution the responsibility of Circle office bearers shall
be handed over to the newly elected/selected members during the conference. All members and
office bearers are requested to extend their full cooperation for the successful conduct of the
Conference and a smooth transition of responsibilities to the next deserving members.
Those Circle Secretaries who have recently been promoted to JTO cadre are also
requested to convene a meeting with the Junior Engineers in their circle and formally hand over
the responsibilities of the Secretary position and help to complete the formation of new circle body
of SNATTA. Your active participation and support are crucial for the successfully conduct of the
conference and proper handover.
At this critical juncture, BSNL Junior Engineers are being completely ignored, and our genuine
concerns remain unheard. It is therefore imperative that we stand united, organize ourselves, and
collectively fight for justice and fair treatment.
