It was decided that a formal letter will be sent to the Chairman, WNC, with copies to the CMD BSNL, DoT, and all concerned management and staff-side representatives.
The letter will express strong displeasure over the removal of JE representatives from the negotiation process and highlight the continuing injustice in pay scale matters.
The communication will also warn of potential agitation programs if genuine demands remain unaddressed.
- Legal Remedies
The committee confirmed that legal options remain open.
Relevant documents are being compiled, and consultations with legal experts have begun regarding both the JE exclusion issue and pay scale anomalies.
Progress reports will be regularly tracked and updated.
- Agitation Program Planning
Various forms of organizational protest and agitation were discussed in detail.
A structured sequence of actions will be finalized and announced tomorrow.
The committee considered the pros and cons of each approach to ensure maximum impact with organizational discipline.
- Strengthening JE Unity
It was unanimously resolved to conduct circle-wise meetings across all BSNL circles starting tomorrow to unite the JE cadre and update members on developments.
A special meeting for the UPE Circle JEs will be held tomorrow afternoon.
Core committee members will ensure coordinated efforts across all circles to maintain solidarity and transparency.
